1. How do I place an order?

  • Simply browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your payment method (COD, UPI, Card, etc.) and confirm your order.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  • Yes ✅, Cash on Delivery is available for selected products and pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

4. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link to check the delivery status.

5. Do you charge for shipping?

6. Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
